Very good hotel if on the expensive side. Pool area and food around the pool a big plus. Sort out your parking before you go there as to park at the hotel is mega expensive.

The Hôtel Belvédère was an absolute 10/10 experience from start to finish. This is a truly authentic hotel, perfectly located, with a beautiful garden that makes for a lovely setting to unwind. Breakfast was outstanding: fresh, generous, and a real highlight of each morning. But what truly sets this place apart is the staff. Their attentiveness, warmth, and genuine care for guests is something many hotels could only dream of. We left feeling genuinely looked after, and we will absolutely be coming back!

Just had a wonderful week with my two adult children. Extremely beautiful hotel that lives up to all its glowing reviews. Lovely location with stunning views and a few minutes from central town and next to a park which is lovely to stroll through. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The only thing missing was a box of tissues in the rooms! Very quiet rooms, but the air con units are quite loud, but needed in the heat! The hotel food was excellent with delicious breakfasts (and beautifully served by Rita and the staff there) and the restaurant by the pool was fabulous for lunches. The staff throughout the hotel were amazingly kind and helpful and a special thanks to Rita and the man in the hotel bar who served us cocktails each evening. For anyone that finds it hard to swim in cold water, the pool is not heated. I expect in the summer once it's been warmed up by the sun, it would be lovely. But it was freezing cold for us. Otherwise the mostly lovely stay and highly recommended!

La única pena, si tuviera que señalar una, sería la separación física entre el edificio principal del hotel, y el edificio de apartamentos en el que nos hospedamos. Para gente joven está de lujo, pero cuando se viaja con gente mayor puede ser más complicado bajar y subir la cuesta para acceder al hotel principal

We have just returned home after a special holiday which got better once we left the hideous Leeds Bradford Airport. If only they could get the owners of this hotel to teach them how to give good customer service. A previous reviewer says it all really and I would echo all there superlatives. It’s amazing. All the staff from the hands on member of the owning family, through Rita and fellow waitresses made sure you felt special. It goes without saying that this characterful property is spotlessly clean. Thanks all and well done and a special thanks for the fuss you made of us on our 45th anniversary.

The rooms and the food (breakfast and lunch) and drink were excellent. The staff were very helpful and welcoming.

There was a slight smell of drains in the bathroom, and on one occasion the overhead shower flooded the bathroom (but the staff kindly gave us replacement towels immediately).
