Staff, room size, cleanliness, house keeping, food, rudeness and rigidity of staff. Breakfast mismanaged and hopeless taste, no variety, delayed refills

1. Mini bar was not working for the entire stay, called the reception 7-8 times, no response. 2. ⁠A staff entered the room a second later after ringing once. My wife was changing, she was very upset. Later staff asked us to put DND in order to avoid this happening. Very rude staff. 3. Ordered a veg masala khichdi at 11pm and veg pakoda directly from the restaurant where the manager wrote the order clearly. The order came at 12:10am with plain khichdi and no mint chutney for pakoda. Called kitchen to send mint chutney, it came 20 min later, pakoda was cold by then. Veg khichdi came at 1am. And we were starving by then. 4. Toilet seat was not fixed properly and it was dangling. Push button on garbage bin was damaged.

I have booked room for three. Two adult and one child. Age of child was also mentioned. At the time of check-in hotel staff has charged extra money for child.
