"Not quite a lodge"

It is really peaceful and lovely with the animals around. With a bit more effort and attention to detail, this could be a much better place.

When we arrived I was not given the room I booked. There was no firewood for the fireplace, only firelighters. Breakfast was quite basic, but ok. We were told there was no bar, then at breakfast we saw a bar menu?

"Very disappointing for the price"

Location was good. The outer area was lovely.

I couldn't book for dinner as I was too late.....6pm? The bed was very creaky. Only one very tired towel.

"Please make facility for the quests to use a kitchen"

All was good

The fact that we could not make use of the kitchen - we end up not braaing because there were not facilities for plates or forks and knives or cutlery to put in the meat - the kitchen used to be open to public and was convenient Why have braai facilities then ? If we book a room with 2 double beds please ensure there is more than 2 towels - sometimes girls washes hair and dry yourself with the towel and one on the head
