friendly reception staff

a hotel with a four-star rating, but these are two stars for each of the two hotel buildings. outdated equipment in the room, rust on the plumbing, the kitchen hood is connected ........ to the kitchen unit, yes, yes, without being connected to the ventilation duct system. and as the cherry on the cake - oilcloth tablecloth from post-Soviet times (the hotel owners probably don't know about the existence of silicone table pads)

"Lovely Baska Voda apartment"

Ivan so friendly met us at the bus stop, carried our luggage to the apartment which was on the third floor with beautiful views of the sea and mountains from the balcony. Also helped us when we couldn't work the safe. Apartment perfect had everything we needed. Spotlessly clean. Ivan is so welcoming and friendly, he also made sure our pick up for getting home was ok. Thank you we had the best holiday. Janice and Tracey
