Osvetljenje u hotelu, bilo je previše mračno

The room was comfortable, nice bathroom, comfortable beds. Breakfast was excellent, great variety of food. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was awesome.

Smoking is allowed in some areas of the hotel, and unfortunately the smell of cigarettes in certain places—including the hallways—was unbearable. Even though we had a non-smoking room, the odor still carried through and affected our stay. We visited many places during our trip to Bosnia and Herzegovina, and this was the only hotel where cigarette smoke was an issue. Had we known this in advance, we would have chosen a different property.

Location

Cleanliness & Maintenance: The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unsatisfactory. The furniture is very old, worn out, and gives off an unpleasant odor. The facilities appear poorly maintained. • Noise & Smoking: The room was noisy, and there was a strong smell of smoking throughout the hotel. It seemed uncontrolled both by guests and by management, which made the stay uncomfortable. • Breakfast & Service: The breakfast provided was below standard, lacking both quality and variety. In addition, the level of professionalism and courtesy shown by the staff did not meet expectations.
