Me gustó casi todo. El bufet es realmente superior a un hotel de 3 estrellas. La limpieza tanto de habitaciones como del resto de instalaciones es excelente. Las camas, tanto colchón como almohada, son cómodas.

El mobiliario de la habitación es un poco antiguo. La cortina es pequeña y no cierra bien. Si te molesta la luz como a mí para dormir, a las 6 de la mañana entra todo el sol por las esquinas.

O espaço exterior, o tudo incluído, o bar, e o buffet que era bastante variado e bem confecionado. Também de salientar a limpeza, tanto do quarto como de todo o hotel. A proximidade à praia.

Gostei de tudo. Mas um aspeto que penso que poderia ser melhorado seria os quartos, torná-los um pouco mais modernos e acolhedores.

Easy Arrival & Great Welcome: Getting to the hotel from the airport was incredibly easy and straightforward. Eva at reception gave us a wonderful welcome—she was so friendly, helpful, and explained everything clearly to make check-in stress-free. ​Excellent Pools & Plenty of Loungers: The hotel features three swimming pools, which are excellent for a proper swim or just cooling down. A massive bonus was that there were always plenty of free sunloungers available for everyone, so there was never a stressful morning rush! ​Fantastic Location: The hotel is in a great spot—very close to the beach, the promenade, and just a short walk from a few local shops. ​Lovely Staff: The vast majority of the staff were incredibly friendly and hardworking. Ebi and Prisca really stood out and made us feel so welcome. ​Good Food Selection: We stayed all-inclusive and the food was good overall with a decent selection. Personally, I found the lunch options to be even better than the dinner service.

The Smoking Issue: This was the biggest drawback for me. People were allowed to smoke anywhere outside, which meant you couldn't escape it. Every time we opened the balcony door, our room filled with cigarette smoke because someone directly underneath us seemed to be smoking constantly. It would be ideal to separate smokers from non-smokers by dedicating one wing of the hotel to smokers and keeping the other entirely smoke-free. ​Room Location & Noise: The hotel and rooms are a little dated (which we didn't mind), and while we paid for a sea view, it wasn’t a proper, unobstructed view. Being placed right in the middle of the complex meant the evening entertainment was very loud in our room and went on until 11:00 or 11:30 PM. ​A Few Rude Staff Members: While most staff were amazing, a couple of interactions let things down. The guy making the pizza dough at dinner and the lady working the hot snack bar were both quite rude, which stood out compared to how lovely everyone else was.

Hotel in una posizione eccezionale. Parcheggio privato interno con spazio anche al di fuori, camera pulita, cucina squisita (sopra la media di un 3 stelle). Personale simpatico e gentile. Così gentile che al giorno del mio compleanno mi hanno fatto una bellissima sorpresa (una bottiglia di vino con 2 calici). 7 piscine tra grandi dimensioni e piccole con l'idro . A 2 passi dalla spiaggia. Magnifica la vista mare dalla stanza.

All inclusive abbastanza limitato,mancanza del doppio cuscino.
