O ambiente realmente e acolhedor, em quase todo lugar, as animações, principalmente para quem tem crianças, acaba que eles gostam muito das brincadeiras e os animadores realmente são cativantes.

Esperar 2 horas para fazer o check-in é um absurdo. Cheguei à fila às 17h e só consegui finalizar o processo após as 19h. Outro ponto é que alguns colaboradores não demonstram a empatia necessária com hóspedes que não dominam o idioma local ou até mesmo o inglês. Desde gozações até conversas em tom de deboche, esse comportamento torna a experiência frustrante, principalmente no bar da piscina e no restaurante. É vergonhoso que um hotel deste porte permita esse tipo de atitude por parte de alguns funcionários — e faço questão de deixar claro que me refiro apenas a alguns deles. Quanto ao encerramento da piscina principal no sábado e no domingo, por conta de crianças terem cortado os pés em cacos de vidro dentro da piscina, considero isso outro absurdo. Pelo que parece, o problema não foi devidamente resolvido no sábado, já que voltou a ocorrer no domingo. Há apenas um funcionário responsável por toda a área da piscina, o que é claramente insuficiente para garantir a organização, a segurança e o bom atendimento dos hóspedes.

The rooms are great and clean, the facilities and staff are great and try as best they can Alvaro from reception in particular was really great and helped us out alot we thank him so much! The place has alot of potential to be bre great! If its busy it starts to lack.

The waiting time to check in as systems are super slow i stood for 2 hours to check in with a autistic child. The pools were closed the whole weekend due to child having accidents in the pool and the other pool is strictly over 16 so we were stuck from 2pm with no pool for our kids abd to explain to my autistic child he couldnt go in the big pool was very frustrating ended up going to the room. The loungers by the pool scenario also leaves a sour taste when you cue up for over half an hour for people to be so inconsiderate all run to grab one leave their towls and not turn up till 3 to 4 hours later. Ther do advise that this is not allowed and towels will be removed bit again not policed at all. Also noise pollution we had neighbours with massive speakers blaring till 1am eventually the security turned up which they should patrol more and police this better. The neighbours obviously did care and carried on with the music, my autistic son was under the covers trying to regulate himself. All they had to do was turn it down it definitely needs to be more on top of their rules abd instill them. All in all the place has a lot of potential could be great its very family orientated and on quiet days with not a lot of people even better is great seems they cant cope with a larger influx of people, a shame indeed.
