The pool area was great, with sunshine all day and plenty of sunbeds. Staff were friendly, location was good.

Our air con didn’t work very well so we’re very warm in the night. On our last night we asked for a fan for the room instead which they brought to us, and that helped. Quality of the breakfast wasn’t very high. Not many plug sockets in the room - none by the bed. No pool towels

What I liked was that the hotel is close to the bus stop and several good restaurants, especially Dios Zeus. It was also nice that they offered bicycles for rent at an additional cost. I liked the fact that the hotel is about a 20-minute walk from Venus Beach. The old town of Paphos is also around 20 minutes away on foot; however, I would not recommend choosing the hotel based on this landmark alone, as the area is rather quiet and not very lively. That said, I had the best kleftiko at Laona Restaurant, which is also about a 20-minute walk away in the old town. The hotel pool is beautiful, and the property is located right by the seafront promenade. However, the beach next to the hotel is not particularly impressive. We only went to the beach at Venus Beach, which I believe is the most beautiful beach in the area. The staff were friendly, and the rooms were spacious.

The hotel is quite old and could be very nice if it were renovated. Unfortunately, it feels completely neglected. The housekeeping staff did not seem to do a proper job — the bed sheets were not changed, the towels were not replaced, and the toilet, bathroom, and sink were not properly cleaned. Everything simply felt dirty. The bed sheets were not just yellowed from age; they were actually gray. I felt uncomfortable and, honestly, worried about hygiene because they looked as if they had only been ironed rather than properly washed. There were spider webs in the corners, and many fixtures and furnishings looked extremely old. I stayed with my boyfriend, and instead of a proper double bed, we had two single beds pushed together that kept separating. Only one side of the bed had a power outlet nearby. There was also a sofa in the room that looked older than the hotel itself, covered with a blue blanket. The bathroom was in very poor condition, with rust, chipped surfaces, damaged corners, and general signs of severe wear and tear. The breakfast offered a decent variety of food, but the overall atmosphere was not very appealing. The drinking water came from a metal dispenser, and it was unclear where it came from. The glasses did not seem properly cleaned, and guests were not allowed to choose their own table, as the staff assigned seating. We were given a table in an area with a very strong draft, which made breakfast uncomfortable. This is not necessarily the fault of the staff, who were likely following hotel procedures. However, the reality of the hotel is very different from how it is presented. In my opinion, the property is in need of a major renovation.
