The room was completely filthy and we had booked for 13-14 they made us check out at 11 on the 13 we checked in at 5am

It’s basically a run down motel you spend the night at when you’re too drunk to drive. The bathroom tiles were coming up. Mold was on the ceiling. No shower curtains. Neighboring rooms were arguing loud and slamming things. No matter how many times I reported it to the front desk, nothing was done about it. All in all very bad.

All I can say is it’s a place to lay your head. The online literature stated one thing but got to the hotel it was another. If you just looking for a quick nap sure go head and good luck but it’s gonna be hot in there.😭😭

My family and I wasn't there 30 minutes the front desk man came knocking at the door. Stating they receive something about noise. I indicated to him if there were any noise he would heard it . My kids were laying down as soon as i arrival there. The people under us knocking the ceiling less than 5 minutes being there in the room . They even had mold wall and room on 2nd floor. You actually can smell it

The tub was filthy dirty, the A/C wasn’t getting cold with the temperature on 61 degrees, the bathroom sink was clogged and nasty looking and the TV remote wasn’t working I was only able to watch one channel.

Room was clean but old...lobby smelled like incense... No breakfast available so that was disappointing

June2023: 0⭐: I would not recommend this roach hotel location nor the workers behind the desk who are seemingly incompetent. This hotel location substandard and should be closed. I called the local business to determine what hotel was near the funeral home my family members were going to be visiting. I booked several rooms here at this location as a result of the business giving me the location name and address as the one near the funeral home. This location is an OLD property that has some updates on the outside, but is aged and unkept inside. Look at my pictures which show old/damaged restroom toilets, non flow of water on flush, slow drains on shower, slow drains on sink, and bathroom outlets without light bulbs and old/damaged ceiling surrounding the area that should be sealed up by drywall. flush The swimming pool is filled in with dirt and covered with grass, but still surrounded by a fence. LoL... I guess you should not walk on the surface of that grass without fear of being sucked under. On several occasions I tried to correct the reservation and room assignment with several different workers at the front desk. One worker cancelled all of my reservations and a different worker tried to charge $50 more per room. Several of my family members refused to stay here after the cockroach attacks, so I consulted with the front desk worker. After signing a credit card authorization, and being assured that I would be charged a specific amount, I was still charged for all of the rooms at full price as booked instead of the discount after we moved out of four of the rooms. I inspected the sheets of one of the beds in the room and found that it had not been changed or cleaned. It had visible yellow stains and apparent pubic hairs upon my inspection. You can see in my photographs taken in the room. I tried on several occasions to turn on the TV which was not working nor functioning. The outlets in the room didn't properly hold the plugs inside as they seem to be worn and incapable of holding a plug inside of it. The floors in the hotel are brown, but still appear dirty and stained. Though they were brown, they still appeared dirty and nasty with visible stains. Take note that this location does not have breakfast as indicated by the chain and on the web. There is no restroom in the hotel for public use in the common areas. Take note that there is a mini golf location a quarter mile away. Take note that there is a Cracker Barrel restaurant across the street from this hotel. Take note that there is hotel handicap parking spaces were consistently occupied by those without required placards or handicap tags. There was other free parking available, but apparently the blue spots were sooo much better looking, I guess. Take note that there is an adult XXX porn store about a quarter mile away from this hotel. There are street walkers in the immediate area entering and exiting the area main street. People park in the back of the hotel, talking loudly and have gatherings that would be very disturbing to anyone in the room in that immediate area or at least it was to my family members. I woke up to find two people sleeping in the car outside my window after they kept me up until 12:30 in the morning. No one answered the front desk phone when I called to complain.

At check in, they did not have the room we ordered and wanted to charge us more. The room was very hot and took over 6 hours to cool. Saw a roach and many cigarette burns on counter. It was a miserable first night of vacation and will not stay here again.
