Una estancia excelente! El hotel es hermoso y cuenta con instalaciones de primer nivel, siendo un lugar súper cómodo y agradable para relajarse. La limpieza es impecable en todas las áreas, lo cual se agradece muchísimo. Además, el desayuno ofrece opciones buenísimas y muy variadas para empezar bien el día

Sin embargo, lo que no me gustó fue la falta de proactividad y de información por parte del personal. Nadie en la recepción sabía aclarar las dudas sobre el hotel; parecía que no tenían información de nada. De hecho, asistía a una boda que en la invitación decía que comenzaba a las 5:00 p. m., y el personal de recepción me aseguró que empezaba a las 4:00 p. m. Cuando llegué a la ceremonia —que para colmo era justo enfrente de la recepción— no había absolutamente nadie. Pedía información básica del hotel y no sabían qué decirme. Además, en el desayuno tardaban una eternidad en limpiar y armar las mesas. Cuando por fin me sentaba, tenía que pedir hasta tres veces cosas básicas como los cubiertos, las servilletas y el café. Para lo caro que se paga, ni siquiera tienen el detalle de dejar un chocolatito o un pequeño obsequio de cortesía en la habitación para agradar al cliente. En resumen, el personal está muy mal preparado
