We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, the facilities were top-notch, and everything was very clean and well organized. We were genuinely impressed with the overall experience and would happily stay here again.

Only the fitness room could use an upgrade. The equipment is quite old and 5 machines were out of order.

"Avoid This Course If You Value Your Vacation - I even own a property down the street and now I want to sell."

everyone. I strongly recommend avoiding this golf course. This was easily the WORST golf experience I have ever had. My wife and I were there Sunday morning while on vacation in Panama, and what should have been an enjoyable day turned into a frustrating and embarrassing situation. The pro shop manager, Stevens, handled everything extremely poorly. We were treated as if we were trying to sneak onto the course, which was completely untrue. Instead of communicating professionally, he was confrontational, dismissive, and made the situation uncomfortable in front of my wife. We were rushed, given inconsistent information, and then prevented from starting properly after being told we were fine to play. To make matters worse, there was no apology or attempt to resolve the situation even after it became clear the misunderstanding was on their end. We did not ask for compensation. We simply expected professionalism and basic courtesy. I play golf regularly and have played courses throughout Panama and internationally. I also share my golf experiences with friends and family back home in Miami. Unfortunately, this was by far the most poorly managed and unpleasant tee time experience I have ever encountered. If you are visiting Panama and want a smooth and enjoyable round of golf, I suggest choosing a different course.
