"Great trip"

Jayati Chakma looked after us and made sure it was a pleasant stay. The staff was helpful and the food was good. Kids loved the TV in the room and the hot chocolate.

"Nice location but not value for money."

Great location and very convenient. However, the rooms are so small that even 1 person can not move around. This by no standard matches the standard of either Park or Radission. Food however was nice. Not value for money, it is exorbitant considering the room standard.

"Courteous staff outdid everything else."

Great service. Courteous staff in all departments Kaif and Jayati from reception and Bhagwan Singh and especially the Coffee shop staff, including counter cooks deserve special mention. One suggestion though: the room lights could have been more evenly placed as it was dark on one side.

"Great stay! Will come again."

Hotel was great, good breakfast and room. Kaif on reception was very helpful. Gym was on the top floor and didn’t seem to have filtered air (correct me if wrong) which means it’s very unhealthy to do a workout with Delhi’s poor air quality.

"Very pleasant."

Very nice stay at the Hotel. Pleasant experience for a large family group. Special mention to Jayati, Chamoli Pranav Aniruddha. Food was excellent so was the chef making omelettes in the restaurant.
