Park Inn by Radisson New Delhi Lajpat Nagar

I had an excellent stay in Park inn Radisson and the food and the staff were excellent. Kaif and Saheba treated me very politely and answered my queries patiently. Thank you once again.

Wonderful stay in Park Inn with excellent and helpful hospitality staff . I just loved the toiletries provided! Restaurant food and staff were very good ! I would recommend this hotel to everyone ! Shaheba, Atul , Rahul n Kaif , you three were amazing in reception !

I got to the hotel four hours before check-in and requested to store my luggage since I had an urgent meeting. To my surprise, Hemant at the reception was incredibly kind and let me check in well before the designated time. I was really appreciative of this. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Overall, the staff was extremely kind and respectful and my stay was superb. Special thanks to the gentleman at the gate who helped me and literally everyone else carry their luggage <3

Staff was very nice and metro station was next to the property, commuting and access to public transport was easy. The on-site restaurant was open all night, helped a lot. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotel offered higher teriff than other sites.We 3 adults family opted this becoz of its convenient location ,Opp Moolchand Metro and near to main markets as we were to shop. The junior suite room was nice but staff were not professional. Despite my calls and messages ,they did not kept room ready with extra bed. Their in house EPBX instrument was faulty.There were no toiletries n drinking water. The wash room was a bit small. We had to fight for all such things initially by running to reception,wasting our 2 hrs and the first day plan. The safety level is low as my brother came to meet us and asked about our room number. He was given a duplicate key of our room without asking his identity? Lastly,i requested for late check out by 5 pm,if room not booked but they allowed only till 3 pm as per their policy. Fine but they should have compensated our loss of 1 day due to their poor maintenance causing 2 hrs delay in check in settlement. 5 stars for its location and food but 2-.3 stars for its safety issue/unprofessional staff and much higher cost .

First Great Hotel for its service and price but most important was the impeccable Service and Service by their team ...all the way from the reception, to the room service and the Team at their restaurant which serves clean and tasty food too ( don't miss their Sizzlers 😊) 5 stars on Hospitality and Service ...Keep it up Park Inn Team 👍👍👍

Excellent experience! Good food! The staff are always welcoming in nature, really made us feel at home, variety of delicacies at the cafeteria is also great!
