Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Henderson - Traffic Star by IHG

I like that the rooms are nice, spacious, and clean and the location was good.

There was a group of children running around all day and night, yelling in the hallways, tracking water on the floors from getting in and out of the swimming pool downstairs on the first floor. Due to the children playing on the elevators it unfortunately became out of order. Therefore there was no elevator service during our stay until the time of my check out on the 29th it was finally working again.

The hotel was very nice. The elevator was broken but not a big deal. Breakfast buffet was 1 of the best I've had.

Nice and convenient

Was there for business and used the conference room for three days with 20+ attendees. It was comfortable and the staff was super helpful.

The staff was very accommodating and made sure our stay was pleasurable.

The property was very clean and the service was great. Only issue was the elevator, it opened before being fully on the 2nd floor, about a foot from being level. Hopefully they got it fixed.

Loved the property. Second time I stayed here. Only issue we had was that the warm breakfast options were empty both days we went down and had to wait over 20 minutes to be filled. Had to track down the lady in charge of the food and she acted as if we were bothering her.

Rooms were nice and comfortable and plenty of room to relax.Good breakfast too.
