Location

VERY disappointed!!! I've stayed at this location multiple times without issues. This time was a deal breaker for me. First of all, the deadbolt lock for the door, did not work at all. When I contacted the front desk, it rang for a long time with no answer. I went to the front desk, only to find a sign posted and stating that the front desk was closed. So, I tried calling a 3rd time, and again, no answer. Finally, someone called me, stating, they saw that I tried to call, and saw that I also came to the front desk. They asked what I wanted. I stated that the deadbolt did not work and that the toilet did not flush. I was told that "some of the dead bolts on the room doors do not work properly and they may stick a little. Isn't there a chain on the door ?" A CHAIN??? WHAT THE HECK KIND OF REPLY IS THAT? Thanks for making me feel safe. Also, the toilet was clogged, they unclogged it. Only for it to happen again. Needless to say, I am VERY disappointed.
