Super friendly staff! Great breakfast every day & delicious cookies every afternoon/evening. It was very clean & we will stay here every time we visit our family in Hamburg.

Had a suite, could have used another tv on the big empty wall across from couch & chair. Had to hit the ceiling to tell people above us to stop running heavy footed across the room. Every night that happened. Maybe put a sign in rooms to respect a certain time to stop making noise. Otherwise it was good
