Room was clean and comfortable except the Sofa bed. Sofa bed is not good, need a better bed. They should provide additional bed topper! Sink drain was broken and could not be fixed. We stayed only for one night and did not have time to switch rooms. Breakfast was good. Overall clean and very nice.

The front desk lady for check out didn’t even recognize me there I guess she was too busy doing other things because I was the only one in lobby and she act if I wasn’t there

Breakfast was great. The front desk was very polite and helpful. The area around the hotel didn’t offer a lot so it was a quiet stay. The room was clean and the pool area was clean. My only complaint is the air in the work out room was not working and it was too hot. 85 degrees.

Not much. Bed was comfortable

No greeting when I first came in. The person at the front desk seemed like I was bothering her. She didn't say hi, she just started asking for my last name and the last 4 digits of the credit card. The room had not been made meaning that isn't that the the top cover of the bed was not put on. The floor was not vacuumed, you can see the crumbs of previous food that people had. I had to twist the blinds in order to get light in. Because I could not pull up the shades whatsoever.
