We reserved a double they didn’t have one had to give us a pull out coach then didn’t have enough pillows for that - room didn’t have towels

Front desk person was very helpful and friendly.

The breakfast was very good. My sister and I enjoyed it.

“Parking lot music” kept me up most of the night. I went to the front desk at 4:15 am and asked about it and when Quinten explained it was parking lot music I asked him to please turn it off. It was loud and abrasive and keeping me awake, even giving me a headache. He said he couldn’t turn it off. I went back to my room and did notice that it was turned down. When I checked out the next morning Caressa had been told but she was a bit defensive explaining to me that policy dictated that “parking lot” music must be played but she did tell Quentin moving forward that he could turn it down if needed. She also told me “lobby music” must be played in the lobby just as you would expect to hear in a grocery store. That’s understandable but I wasn’t trying to sleep in the lobby nor would I go to a grocery to sleep. I didn’t object to lobby music because that’s not what was playing loudly outside my window. I also noted that the sign posted in the elevated thanking guests for choosing Holiday Inn went on to ask that all guests honor their “quiet hours” beginning at 10:00 pm! Not quiet when parking lot music is playing during the night!

Staff was good and room was clean. However, it was difficult to sleep well due to noise from countless kids on sports teams making noise all night and apparently poor sound insulation. Not relaxing at all.

When we checked into our room, the room had not been cleaned. The beds weeenr made and rhere were still dirty towels on the floor. We had to tell the maid. We the. Had to go back to the front desk and be issued a new room. The bathroom shower was weak and the water was cold.

The bed was super comfortable. The coffee was incredible. They had a Bunn machine that ground the beans and brewed the coffee for each cup. So good! However, there was an issue with breakfast. That was disappointing.

Location

Dirty swimming pool; tv was a disaster-no signal connection, no instructions on how to turn it on, had two remotes and neither worked-staff had to come to the room to program it. In the morning it smelled-combination of cinnamon rolls and fish. Rooms were ok but visible dirt-shower, rug, baseboards in the bathroom.

The breakfast was delicious and the breakfast attendant was very friendly. Great customer service!
