"Nice hotel but confirm the special requests."

We requested an accessible room when we made the reservation, we got emails from the hotel confirming, when we got there they didn't have an accessible room available. And the paperwork they had in hand said that it was requested. In the end they gave us an accessible room that they switch but, instead of 1 bed was 2 twin bed, the available space around the beds was verily enough to move around, the beds were so low that I had to request a second mattress to being able to get up from the bed. They did put the mattress and found the room that's why the Service has a higher review. The hotel was nice and the breakfast had a big variaty of foods.

J’ai séjourné à The Originals City, Hôtel Alteora à Chasseneuil-du-Poitou dans le cadre d’un déplacement, et j’en garde une excellente impression. L’accueil est professionnel, les chambres sont confortables et parfaitement entretenues. Le petit-déjeuner est varié et de qualité. La proximité immédiate du Futuroscope est un atout indéniable. Une adresse fiable, que je recommande sans réserve.

"Odeur désagréable"

J'avais un congrès sur 3 j donc j'ai passé 3 nuits. Une odeur de renfermé très désagréable régnait dans la chambre, et ce, pendant les 3 jours malgré l'ouverture de la fenêtre que j'ai eu beaucoup de mal à ouvrir. Pas de bouilloire pour boire une tisane ou un café le matin avant de descendre à la salle du déjeuner...j'ai trouvé cet hôtel très moyen
