"a pleasant hotel for those on a budget"

we had a pleasant stay here, the room was spacious, with a sea view, shower, and bath tub You have a choice between a Thai breakfast, or a western one, I always go for Thai. If you want a quiet restful break, this is the place, just across the road from the beach, which is deserted, until the weekend

Not the best of hotels, insects in the room, air conditioning needed a red bull, room service goes to sleep early, breakfast was disappointing .... charged 100 THB for checking out 20 minutes late. Room was an upgrade as well.

Lack of conveniences in surrounding area of hotel but if you like seclusion it is ok. You have the beach almost all to yourself.

"Right across from the beach"

You can rent a beach chair for 100 baht a day, people wander down the beach selling fresh prawns for 40 baht, very cheap. The hotel staff accommodated my allergy to eggs with grace and kindness.

If you want a basic, clean place to sleep on typical Thai beds this is great. We were never in our room as we just wanted to be on the beach across the street all daylong.
