The convenience of its location. Compare to other places nearby like waterfront.

I really didn't enjoy how I was treated by staff upon arrival at check in I was given a room with a cracked sink rooms defiantly need to be updated. The breakfast was very average nothing really appetizing. All staff need to be properly trained as they work in hospitality they need to be more friendly to guests

The overall feel of the hotel was quite lovely Bed were very comfortable Breakfast was amazing The lighting and shower wasn't great, but manageable.

Horrendous coffee machine, was extremely dirty. That would be my only critique. The rest overall was quite good. Would definitely stay here again. Just avoid the coffee machine.

I liked it because it has spacious rooms that allow for better movement. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the bathroom has two separate sections, which provide greater privacy. The service was excellent, from the reception and restaurant staff to the cleaning team. It’s a peaceful and relaxing place to enjoy special moments, with an excellent view.

I didn’t have any unpleasant experience that I could consider a negative aspect.

Entry to the hotel

The breakfast was good but the staff was not really helpful.

Just a little better service from the ladies at breakfast who were indifferent with the service when requesting coffee, especially on my kast day.

As we left early and breakfast was included we decided to opt for a packed breakfast which was okay and missed a few items. This was our second visit to the hotel in April. We loved the location and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We only stayed one night as we had an early morning flight. We decided to have dinner at the hotel which would've been fine however, there were two big groups eating at the same time as us, so we had to wait approx. 45 mins for our food (we had two small children with us). Our daughter had to wait a further 10/15 mins for hers. The waitress was doing her best to accommodate everyone. The card machine needs to be updated/replaced, as it does not work and the waitress immediately asked us for another card when in fact it is the machine. Not her fault.
