The room was spacious, the pool was exquisite!

The room we were given was in use or not yet cleaned. The light above one of our beds was out. Which we use for reading. The room was noisy. Disappointed in pay for parking as well as a simple breakfast. Overall, not a good value.

I’ve stayed here multiple times and never disappointed. My last time I left something in my room and it was found. The front desk staff had me email them a shipping label and they packaged it up. I had it in my hands within a week. Great customer service. As always.

Wasn’t prepared for the heat but Linda was very friendly and happy to help at the desk. Rooms were very clean and had a lovely experience.

The staff at the Aloft is amazing! Linda at the front desk always greets me with a smile and a good morning conversation. Lorenza and Lorena have the best cooking recipes and are always willing to share. Thank you to the team for always making my time away from my family a pleasant experience.

The front desk receptionist with the blonde 4c hair type, did not enjoy her job she had a bad day and took it out on the customer.

Great location, wonderful staff Linda was amazing. She will make you feel at home. Thank you !!! I will alway choose Aloft in Tempe on my return visits.

The first thing that stood out was the customer service. I checked in Friday June 20th. The person at the front desk provided some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Location was clean, modern and has great amenities. The room was also different from other locations. My wife and kids loved it. The pool was really great and temperature control. It was really nice having things nearby. Starbucks and in and out were a walk away and the freeway is nearby.
