The room was large and air conditioned the food was a high standard the staff very helpful

Extremely friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness, amazing food with proper Vegan options, Starbucks coffee, Great :-)

Clean and neat room, splendid grounds with manicured lawns, friendly helpful staff and excellent meals. Free waters, biscuits and great coffee selection. Plenty of parking. Good lighting in the room and nice big shower.

Pillows were too soft, but that didn't deter my good night's rest. Iron spewed rust particles when engaging the steam function.

Location- close to the tennis center

I book hotels based on the facilities they offer. In this case, one of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the air-conditioned room. Unfortunately, the air conditioning not only failed to work properly, but it seemed to have a mind of its own. We returned to our room (a Cozy Twin Room on the first floor) at around 8:15 p.m., and it was extremely hot. The air conditioning display showed 27°C. I set it to 17°C in an attempt to cool the room down. Opening the window was not a practical solution, as the Cozy Rooms have roof windows positioned directly above the bed. It was still quite bright outside, and my son needed to go to sleep straight away, so we closed the window and relied on the air conditioning instead. After about half an hour, the temperature had reset itself to 27°C. The same thing happened repeatedly. I contacted reception and asked whether someone could check the air conditioning. No one came, although I understand it was quite late. As a result, the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout the night. I completely understand that maintenance work may not be possible at 10 p.m. However, when guests are paying £160 per night, the room and its advertised facilities should have been checked in advance. We had a very poor night's sleep and regret choosing this hotel. We have stayed at Hampton by Hilton before and found it much more comfortable. I would not book this hotel again unless I had absolutely no other option.

Everything, just love the VOCO vibe. Stylishly comfortable.

Breakfast could have been better. Plenty of it but the lids were off the help yourself Buffet and everything tasted dry! Sorry x
