"Like being home"

While living at Homewood Suites FGCU by the Ft Myers airport, I was treated like one of the family. From Denia, Estrella, and Rafael in the dining area; the front desk Barbara, Lisa, and Shelly; Maylove and Marisol, Ramon and Nicole in Housekeeping; Maryanne, Tim and Terry (drivers); Tom, Juan, John, and Pierre in maintenance, my life was made easy and comfortable for two and a half years. Management (Evie and Casey) should be very proud. God bless each and every one!

The staff in the reception and the housekeepers were very welcoming, we stayed in the suite with 2 rooms one king bed and two queen beds, it had a kitchen and living area with 2 bathrooms, I was very comfortable for our family of 7, we had a great stay, everything was nice and clean, we will definitely be back.

The breakfast options where ok but a bit bland,the eggs had a weird consistency but the waffles, the chia pudding and oats were very good.

Breakfast was good. However, they lost our reservation and had blamed Expedia. Turned out, they gave it to another person. Then, they gave me the key to the room after half hour of working with Expedia to correct and it was the room in which was supposed to be mine and a guy came running out when I opened the door!!!! We could have been killed in that dangerous situation!!
