Nice staff and safe feeling

I used to enjoy staying here. Now I'll never stay here again. It's really disappointing.

This motel is being run by drug addicts. I witnessed drug deals in the parking lot. The "manager" kicked in the door next to us. I have no idea why, but all the doors are kicked in and falling apart. I had to put a chair against the door while I slept a couple hours so my door wouldn't be kicked in. There was so much traffic all night long, I couldn't sleep. All the rooms are trashed out with broken furniture and no towels, trash can, no coffee for the machine and no cups for coffee. No free breakfast and no AC.

The bathroom had some ants. Coffee and breakfast weren’t ready.

Need better housekeeping and more work on rooms upgrades on some stuff in the room like air conditioning. Keep an eye out on the bugs.

I travel for work and was on night shift, so my schedule was a bit off. Firstly, I was overcharged for my room by 20 dollars from the advertised price on their own website. When it came time to pay for additional nights, which was in the middle of the day during my sleep time, the maintenance man came to my room and began banging on my door. I answered and told him I would be down shortly to pay for additional nights. 30 minutes later the front desk lady came back up and was very confrontational when asking me to pay. I told her I would be down shortly, then maintenance man popped out from behind the side wall and got in my face about making payment. They were both extremely rude and threated to call the police on me although I had agreed to pay several times. The maintenance man even went as far as to claim he was the owner of the facility. This was the worst experience I have had at a hotel in 9 years of traveling for work.

Good pricing, but lack in other areas. There were some damages to the equipment and structure in the room. There were no coffee in the room nor the lobby.

No coffee and lack of service attention.
