Kimmi at Homewood Suites by Hilton provided exceptional customer service from start to finish. She was welcoming, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was comfortable during the stay. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and genuinely kind in hospitality. Thank you, Kimmi, for making the experience such a pleasant one!

We have celebrated our, anniversary, our daughters adoption, and every birthday for the last eight year at this location. We have referred friends and family who were also very happy ..even my cousin who came from Canada..We have many family members and friends who came to each celebration and birthday from all over then country. Steven always goes over and beyond to accommodate each of us every year. He is kind , considerate and always treats us like royalty Housekeeping is on point in all the years never an issue . The front desk staff is always kind and helpful. We will continue to utilize this location for all of our events.

I travel often and recently stayed at the Homewood suites with my family. Everything was great, the pool area with the waterfall is beautiful! The rooms were very clean and updated. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

11115 US HWY 19 N Port Richey FL Steven and Monique were amazing! House keeping was on top of everything with extra towels etc The room was nice and clean upon check in..The ladies who worked the breakfast area were kind and attentive. Definitely will return to this location.

DO NOT STAY HERE !!!! AMY AT THE FRONT DESK IS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!! THEIR system made an error and she constantly tried to authorize my cards random amounts. When I went to the desk to speak about it she was rude !!! Called for backup and wouldn’t deal with me I HAD TO CALL HILTON HONOR , my bank AND make them print out the authorization statements on my folio which THEY HAD THE HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER DEAL WITH ME who kept contradicting herself and lying saying it’s a hilton Wide glitch, yet every guest coming through I asked said they did not have this issue. After making them print my authorization statements and THE PROOF being in the numbers AMY refused to apologize kept her rude smirk and kept happily speaking to guest around me . I DONT CARE IF YOU HAVE TO SLEEP IN A CAR, choose it before this hotel. The whole stay I had zero soap and called down for multiple times I never received but they want to keep authorizing cards . I NEVER RECEIVED AN APOLOGY, remorse of anything and OF COURSE THEY WERE LOUD AND WRONG. Literally one employee at the front desk BUT 3 different employee usernames was trying to authorize on the morning of the 10th. This was a very questionable, suspicious situation Oh and this was my Mother’s Day morning !

Everything! Very nice place and close to the beaches and restaurants we love to go to
