Parents or a legal guardian traveling with children under 18 years must present the child's birth certificate and an identity card with photo (passport, for example) at the check-in. For international travels to Brazil, if just one of the parents is traveling with the child, she/he must present – in addition to the child's certificate of birth and identity card with photo – a letter authorizing the trip signed by the other parent with a notarial certification of signature. In case the parents or the legal guardian, as applicable, cannot or are unwilling to give this authorization, a judicial authorization is required. Amei do inicio ao fim. Da receptividade ao quarto com uma mensagem de boas vindas e um mimo delicioso... E no checkout um cartao postal com mensagens lindas e com um pequeno lanche para sua viagem, fechando sua estadia e deixando um gostinho de quero mais..rs Quase ninguem avalia esse pequenos gestos, mas que se torna bem agradáveis. Toda equipe atenciosa, acomodação limpa, hotel fascinante com uma vista incrível, piscinas maravilhosas, cafe da manha muito bom. So seria perfeito se todas as piscinas fossem aquecidas. Amei a area verde tudo muito bem cuidado. E para os que estao hospedados o acesso é livre para o Tawa beach club, e tambem tendo acesso a praia pela pousada. Vale muito a pena se hospedar. É os detalhes que fazem toda a diferença e faz voce voltar! Super recomendo! Em breve voltarei.

Incrivel!!!! Melhor hotel e atendimento (principalmente) que ja fui no Brasil, com certeza. Sem paralelos. Muito alem do que esperavamos. Condiz com o preço.

"Hotel maravilhoso "

O Hotel é maravilhoso. Superou as expetativas. Minha única sugestão seria eles usarem um sistema para atendimentos de garçons pois demora e se confundem as vezes. O restante o hotel é maravilhoso.

Très bel hôtel et très bien situé. Le personnel est très serviable et professionnel. Les chambres sont très jolies. Une très bonne restauration sur place. Petit bémol, la chambre nuit de miel bénéficie d'une très belle piscine privative qui n'est malheureusement pas chauffée. Nous n'avons pas pu en profiter. Dans l'autre chambre Master, le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait pas, on pouvait simplement le remplir d'eau. Autrement, je recommande cet hôtel et si j'ai l’occasion de repasser à Buzios, j'y séjournerai de nouveau.

I have spent 2 days in the hotel for my wife birthday. The main reasons to choose it were the availability of warm pool and sauna. Those itens were in good conditions and working properly while we were there. The room is very comfortable and beautiful, and there is a parking place to let the car.
