La gente es amable y la ubicación es excelente.

Se nota que el hotel está en decadencia. No han remodelado ni hecho una correcta mantención de las instalaciones. Las paredes de la habitación estaban sucias, el baño no estaba correctamente aseado, la aislación de las habitaciones no es buena.

Posizione ottima, giardino molto bello e ben curato, colazione ottima e abbondante

Struttura decadente, piuttosto sporca. Nella stanza abbiamo trovato una saponetta usata nel box doccia e le luci in camera non funzionavano. Personale gentile ma non competente

"Perfecto para disfrutar en familia!!!"

Viajamos con mi pareja he hija de 2 años todo impecable para disfrutar en el hotel el personal muy amable, la vista y ubicación excelente. Solo la habitación con el baño algo pequeños pero teniendo todo lo necesario para disfrutar. Nos tocaron excelentes días el confort de la calefacción centralizada algo elevada seria lo único a tener mejor control de esta para generar un ambiente climatizado perfecto. Si volveríamos y recomendaríamos sin pensarlo para seguir disfrutando tanto del hotel como de la cuidad maravillosa de Ancud. Bastián, Yanira, bebé e Issis.

La alimentación en la cena, buen menú y preparación.

La habitación que reserve no estaba disponible y la asignada era muy incomoda sin escritorio para trabajar, iluminación e infraestructura deficiente.
