Hampton Inn & Suites Smithfield

The beds were comfy.

There was only one tiny trash can in the bathroom. There was no other trash can in the entire room. There was a previous guests used tissue behind the night stand, the beds had crumbs underneath them like they weren't vacuumed in a while and the conditioner in the shower was empty.

The sheets had blood on them. I asked for the room to be cleaned and was told I wasn’t in the list. For $200 a night I shouldn’t have to ask for a clean room and clean towels.

The lack of cleaning

Breakfast was okay. Location is great.

The elevators are starting to show their age.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable.

Bathtub shower rather than walk-in shower. The refrigerator cabinet was beat up a bit.

I liked the king size bed.

The hallways looked dirty, the receptionist was rude, the shower didn't drain properly.

Nice and clean

Leaves needed to gotten up in parking area, hard to see curbing when stepping on and off.

Location

Not very clean, out date, shower did not drain properly, no exhaust fans in bathroom, poor lighting, staff had their children with them while working running through the halls and being very noisy at early morning hours.
