Close to La Guardia airport. Clean. Shuttle to airport. Helpful and friendly staff.

It had a smell. Shower was awful; weak and not hot. Very expensive too.

The friendly and informative Monday morning staff at the desk.

Doors slam, you can see through the door frame into the hall, draped would not close allowing very bright outside lights in.

Comfy bed and room super clean. Breakfast buffet was great with hot food offerings as well as yogurt and hard boiled eggs. Good coffee! Friendly front desk staff and the convenience of the airport shuttle is perfect

"Sucked because promises weren't kept."

Close to LaGuardia airport

I was told before I booked the room that there would be grab and go breakfast, as I had to leave at 4:00am for my flight, before buffett opened. Well there were no grab and go's even receptionists was shocked said they were supposed to be prepared the night before. I request a $30 refund on my room as breakfast was promised to me before I booked the room. I had to buy breakfast at the airport, which is money I shouldn't have had to spend.
