Staff arranged for late check out at a reasonable rate.Free airport shuttle. Good breakfast choice.

Bed sheets felt damp. I arrived late, tired and hungry so was pleased to be told at reception there was 24hr room service, but my room telephone did not work so I was unable to call for room service. I reported the problem but nothing was done during the 24hrs I was there. I was given the wrong meal for lunch, it was not corrected and was also charged for the lunch I didn’t order, or enjoy. I slipped on the wet marble floor, I am sure I would have taken more care if the cleaner had put a warning sign after mopping.

Alles was goed ontbijt een 10. Nasi goreng eerst 5 dagen toen naar Ubud en weer terug voor 2 dagen goede locatie en genoeg restaurants

The room was spacious and clean. Staff were friendly. The pools were clean and enjoyable.

The back wall blocks the breeze around the pool area so it would get quite hot relaxing by the pool.

The facilities were great. Nice pool area.

When we arrived and went to our room, there was water leaking from the air con and I slipped. Told staff to upgrade our room and they couldn't do it. We had direct sunlight on the balcony and was so hot couldn't even open blinds. There was no ashtrays for us to use so had to use bottles. The room being on level 3 was always hot, even more so at night. We had no control of air conditioning. So quite disappointing to be honest. I probably won't stay here again as the lady at reception i spoke to was quite rude
