Goed gelegen tov centrum. Moderne opzet en goed ontbijt. Goede bedden.

Veel herrie van de cafe’s in de buurt. Warm op de kamer (airco werkte niet). Safe defect en niet tijdens verblijf hersteld.

A bit noisy- 6am collection of glass /rubbish

Location, heated bathroom floors, bathroom products shampoo etc.

Not good breakfast, on weekdays less products, very bad eggs. On the 2nd day our room was not cleaned. Coffee was not provided until asked and then 6 hours later and decaf. Small rooms and very small bathrooms. No slippers, no toothbrushes, hair caps and other products usually provided. Very noisy during the night from bars on the street and the hotel. No heating at all on the last 2 days of our staying and bad heating overall. We were freezing. Stains on the carpet although the room was thoroughly cleaned. Very small reception without someone at all times. In general, this hotel does not meet the HYAT standards in any way. Would not stay there again unless it was only for 1 night.
