We had a wonderful stay and would gladly return. What stood out the most was Sandra at the front desk. She is one of the nicest hotel professionals we have ever met. From the moment we arrived, she made our family feel genuinely welcome. She was always friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a fan, providing extra towels, or answering our questions about the hotel and the area. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, but Sandra's exceptional hospitality truly elevated our experience. She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel valued as guests. Thank you, Sandra, for helping make our stay so enjoyable!
