First Hotel City Tromsø

Lovely staff and great location

Bedroom was small but we were upgraded to a studio which was good

Facilities were good and the staff very helpful

The floor in the corridor was a bit broken and may have caused a possible trip over. It missed a lounge space.

Close to town center and transport

Street noise late into night

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable—like a small apartment with plenty of space for two people and large suitcases. The downtown location was perfect, within walking distance to the bus stop, pier, and all major tourist spots. Car parking (Paid) was just 5 minute walk. We also loved the complimentary ice and Nespresso coffee. However, the kitchen exhaust hood was very weak, so we were hesitant to cook anything beyond basic food.

Good location. Very helpful staff. Upon request, equipped with kitchen appliance and utensils.

Location close in town- I liked the apartment feel with a kitchenette and seating area- much better than a tiny hotel room
