"service de chambre peu performant"

magnifique hôtel aux 4* justifiées. Seul bémol: le service de chambre qui n'est pas à la hauteur de la suite que nous avions réservée. Pas de renouvellement du "service café" de la chambre (dosette café avec bouilloire) et beaucoup de difficultés (plus d'une heure) pour obtenir satisfaction, avec le mépris manifeste du personnel de réception présent. Inadmissible dans une hôtel de cette catégorie. Pour le reste: rien à redire.

Got a corner room with sea view balcony and was fantastic listening to the sea to sleep! Downside was the indoor swimming pool and sauna which was not very welcoming or pleasing to be in - roof was very low, could do with it all being glass to improve.

Vi rejste med baby, og fik gratis babyseng stillet til rådighed. 2 gange rengøring om dagen, morgen og aften og blespand tømt. Meget venligt receptionspersonale og rengøringsdamer. De kvindelige medarbejdere i restaurant og bar kunne godt virke lidt reserverede, hvorimod de mandlige var utroligt venlige. Vi havde en fantastisk gårdhave/terrasse med indendørs spa. Good value for money

"OLD HOTEL"

Hotellet fremstår ældre og nedslidt. Morgenmad var rodet, hvor mange mennesker skal spise på samme tid. Råvarer er af billig kvalitet, hvor det er tydeligt at hotellet skal bespise mange mennesker så billigt som muligt. Adgang til SPA området med børn under 15 kan kun ske før kl 10.00 om morgenen. Poolen er meget lille i forhold til de mange mennesker på hotellet. Poolbar og poolbarområdet er ikke hyggeligt eller indbydende. Billige plastikstole. Inventar på hotellet og værelserne ligner noget fra 1980érne.

"No es un 4 estrellas de verdad"

Para nada se merece las 4 estrellas… habitación con bañera y cortina de ducha, suelo de plaqueta muy viejo y las puertas destrozadas. El buffet escaso y de mala calidad, todos los días había lo mismo… La mermelada en bote para que te echaras directamente a la tostada, las carnes y pescados a la parrilla terribles, el marisco de pena… Hemos estado siempre en hoteles de 4 estrellas y este desde luego este no vale lo que pagas. La zona de las piscinas bien, y el club infantil también.

Fint hotell, og veldig vennlig personal. Trekk for totalt utilstrekkelig heiskapasitet med en defekt heis, samt ingen funksjon på klima-anlegget på rommet (selv om vi forsøkte med lukket balkong-dør).
