There is nothing here to say. But I request the management to take care of some nails near restroom at room # 408. Sometimes it stick outside the floor and it's not safe for our toe. Please look in to that

When I pay more than 8000/- the minimum I expect is good air-conditioning, cleanliness, and n noise. The AC in my was thundering for whole 3 days I stayed. Towels are horrible with stains everywhere. Actually I want to give a 1, but the cafe and the service rendered has pushed the rating to a 1.5. I never suggest this to any of my friends.

The rest room was not clean.The wifi was not working intially and staff was not helpful.The hotel reception area need upgrading.food quality was just average.The room rent is overrated for the facilities and cleanliness.

Services are pathetic Bed and pillows are not well maintained Old and obsolete items are used In room dining is also very bad

Location and food good

The service level was bad. I checked in at 3AM on 12th morning. To my surprise no body helped me to bring my luggage to the lobby. Previous day I telephoned from Dubai and Lemontee confirmed that the room with 2 beds would be provided. But on my arrival I was given a room with sigle bed and very small room (807). Next day they agreed to shift me. No one helped me to transfer the luggage. I have to do it myself. To my surprise I was given a "smoking room (room no. 302)". I have to stay till evening . The whole floor and the room was stinking with cigarette smell. Later in the evening they gave the right room (room no 602). Again I have to carry my luggage to the new room . The only consolation was the lady receptionist accepted my request for late check out on 13th evening. I will not blame the front office staff. They were very apologetic. First thing, there is not enough people to serve and the system is not able to identify the customer's request. Food was good.

The location is great. Some of the traffic diversion make it annoying but still the location cannot be complained of. The staff were courteous and accommodated our request to manage the booking as it was double booked at booking.com site.

Have been visiting the hotel for over a decade. Now it is run down and requires an uplift. The mattress were too soft. The rooms had a stale smell. Not very clean and the furniture has an old look
