Please be kindly informed that the Deluxe Room (Seaside Building) will be temporarily closed for enhancement from 10 May 2026 to 30 September 2026, as part of our commitment to elevating guest comfort and the overall stay experience. All other room categories and resort facilities will remain open and available for guests as usual. Please note that bed type requests are subject to availability upon check in. Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that "Hillside" zone is separated from the seaside zone by Koh Chang road. Guest will need to cross the road in order to use the facilities in the seaside zone. Das Resort ist wunderschön, aber was diesen Urlaub wirklich zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht hat, ist das unglaublich herzliche und aufmerksame Team.Ein riesiges, von Herzen kommendes Dankeschön geht an Da, Kong, Eye und Joon! Ihr habt uns jeden Tag aufs Neue ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Eure Gastfreundschaft, Professionalität und liebevolle Art sind einfach unübertrefflich. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an nicht nur als Gast, sondern wie ein Teil der Familie.Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt auch der netten Krankenschwester von der Rezeption. Als es mir gesundheitlich nicht so gut ging, war sie sofort mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Ihre einfühlsame Betreuung und die lieben Genesungswünsche des gesamten Teams haben mich wahnsinnig berührt. Als dann auch noch ein wunderschön angerichteter Früchteteller als Überraschung aufs Zimmer gebracht wurde, war die Freude riesig – eine so aufmerksame Geste findet man selten! Dank dieser tollen Fürsorge war ich schnell wieder auf den Beinen.Warum wir das KC Grande wärmstens empfehlen: Hervorragender Service: Das Personal (besonders Da, Kong, Eye und Joon) liest einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab. Unglaubliche Empathie: Die medizinische Betreuung vor Ort und die lieben Aufmerksamkeiten bei Krankheit sind beispielhaft. Wohlfühl-Atmosphäre: Tolle Anlage, super Lage und ein Management, das sich wirklich um das Wohl seiner Gäste sorgt.Wir kommen definitiv wieder!
