Beautiful gardens. Buffet breakfast. Rooms.

Price of rooms. They all are the same. Should not have luxury rooms as they are the same as others except have a bath tub.

"In total a pleasent stay in wonderful Chiang Mai"

- the staff was very friendly and helped us a lot. Also reacted fast to issues we had - the garden is really amazing - outstanding - for kids many things to do - breakfast is super

- in general the room quality: I loved the hotel but rooms need to be in good condition. One time the panels have been dirty, one furniture broke, the water was not really warm and in the other room no warm water at all and somehow a water damage in the room. We loved the stay but it’s important to be mindful about the room quality
