Private hot tub, friendly staff, wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, heated floors, convenient location

Serenity Suite was below office so in the morning we could hear people walking around. Construction noises on a Saturday morning. Pillows were a little over stuffed for my liking, but I’m picky!

Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect location: Resort borders Fall River and has trail access to RMNP. Convenient to downtown amenities, and to RMNP Fall River entrance. Parking options easily accessible to unit. Loved the comfortable bed, indoor jetted tub, large picture windows, and balcony with views of tall evergreens, Fall River, and rocky outcroppings. North windows have view of Castle Mountain.

Loud neighbors in the adjacent unit on the last night on my 5 day stay; however, the owners were responsive when I called their 24 hour phone contact number. They remedied the situation shortly after I called. 4 of the 5 nights of my stay were exceptionally peaceful.
