Petawawa River Inn & Suites

It was cozy! We were first in a room that had a funky smell, when I went to the front desk, they immediately upgraded us to the king suite. It was a wonderful night! I wish we were staying longer.

the staff were very attentive to make the experience comfortable..including the attached store and " The Blvd" attached pub/ restaurant. Unfortunately a flu bug had inflicted many of their staff leaving them short staffed.But they hustled to keep everything in order. if your looking for a fancy hotel, this is not it. Karen's need not book their stay here.

No suits. no ties. warm friendly people who catered to our needs. no accents. the store/ bar and restaurant were a huge plus. everything we needed in one location. the pillows are big and soft. they could have used more mats in the stairwell and doorways..they may have been in cleaning due to staff shortages.
