The location

We had to buy our own toilet paper, I never was offered to clean my room, the front desk guy was very rude to the customers and myself, I think he’s name is Keith an African American guy, after I had pay for my stay he told me I own $19 dollars.

the bed, tub and kitchen were very clean, but the carpet was all-over sticky, and I assume this is because people with pets have allowed the pets to use the carpet. Most of the other "guests" in the building gave the appearance it was being used as a homeless shelter or half-way house, and every time I came in, I kicked a rock away that was being used to prop open the door so anyone could come in. Never again.

Nice rooms good bad TV full size refrigerator with ice maker dishwasher and a stove lovely.

Seem like a lot of people who wasn't paying to stay there was there anyway outside the lottery

Many physical and service issues led to a disappointing stay. When brought up to management, nothing was done. How does a business operating in such a shoddy manner stay open?
