The check in/out was speedy, the wifi is strong, the rooms are clean and the hotel is near amenities and F&B outlets. Parking is free and the breakfast provided is relatively good. What more can you ask for...
I was at this hotel for business. I made my reservations on hotels.com and i had my conf. when i showed up to check in the un trained attendant could not find my reservation, and claimed that my reservation was cancled. i checked in at 8pm, and when i asked to speak to a manager, one was not available because supposetly managers leave at 7pm. which to me is unbelieavble for a hotel. after arguing with the clerk, and operater i was given a room. i left for meetings the next day, when i got back at 3pm, my room was not cleaned. when i called front desk they told me that supposetly i did not want my room cleaned. the clerks were acting unprofesinal and i am expreamly disapointed in their lack of profesionalism. Will not recomend or stay there again. Im surprosed becaise i stayed at plenty of Holiday inn, but this one by far has the worst team.

Great breakfast that is free and convenient service. Strong WiFi. They have 24 hour desk service so no need to worry about arriving or departing really early in the morning. There were some fruit flies that came out of my bathroom sink. That was kind of annoying but was really the only negative for me.

everything was good but the bathroom it had no ventilation fan. the smell would linger into the room. other than that the satay was great.

Hotel is just awesome. Humongous standard rooms larger than any other hotel of its kind. Clean, smells great. Comfortable bed. Nice restaurants, coffee shops and convenient stores just outside the hotel. Conveniently located not too far from airport, but not far from Expo Area and downtown Guadalajara. Easy access to hotel from Periferico. Super friendly staff. Congratulations!
