Radisson Blu Hotel Bristol

Great location and room was large and comfortable but we were surprised by the lack of amenities for a modern hotel, no usb plug sockets, no plug sockets near the bed at all. Tiny TV. Also the parking discount wasn’t working so had to pay £25 to park and no solution offered by the hotel. Not quite the standard we have experienced at other Radisson Blu hotels.

Good hotel. Need new carpets. Also need more lifts - a hotel of this size needs more than 2. Had to wait for a lift for a long time.

There were a few minor issues with the room; hairdryer not working, conditioner empty, fridge not cold, but the staff were very helpful and quick to rectify!

The hotel was ok and in a good location but the service was terrible. They were understaffed and uncontactable on the drive up. We had to queue for check-in for an uncomfortable period of time. The room was dated and not what I'd expect of a Radisson Blu. Breakfast was disappointing at most.

Front desk staff were not very friendly. No proper food after 9:30 in the evening. £5 room service charge!

Very good

Central location, easy and quick check in. Room was not nice! Carpets stained, bathroom door damaged and rotting, furniture in the room reminded me of university student accommodation. For the price, I expected a better quality. However, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were crisp and clean.

The location is perfect for a visit to Bristol main sights. THe room was excellent spacious and as a bonus had a great view over the city. The parking spaces are somewhat tight, so good reversing skills help. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Good stay

Slightly dated but comfortable bed and large rooms. I was planning on an early night but couldn't due to music from outside.
