"Only stayed one day so the stay was most adequate."

The location was great for us,near everything.room was clean.breakfast was good but not much when we got there.

Wi-Fi was terrible.Couldn’t sign on or stay on.

"Travel with friends"

The front office staff was more than accommodating. Crystal was very helpful with our stay and allowing for us to feel at home.

The room was damp and it had a odd smell from the moisture.

"It was okay."

I like the location.

Upon going into the room, it smelt really weird, almost like mold or mildew. The floors were so dirty that my baby’s feet and the towels turned black when touching the floor. We have the do not disturb sign on and when we left the room housekeeping came into the room and turned off our air-conditioning. The mini fridge would not work .

"Pretty Bad!"

During my 5 day stay I asked the desk attendant if the room was kept up daily . She replied not bed cleaning but towels would be changed daily. I had to ask for clean towels daily. And had to ask for trash to be removed after hours. Breakfast was scarce (scrambled eggs very runny, no juice choices, lukewarm warm sausage meats, low milk, almost no fruit.) Pool was not clean . (I netted the pool myself to remove debris) nasty, oily ring around the pool. And drifts of dirt at bottom of pool. Air conditioner was cold, but the bed was as hard a a box spring with no mattress… and the pillows were absolutely these 12”x12” zero support doll house pillows. Light pouring onto the room from window side after curtains were closed. This is not what I liked - it’s as good as it got!!

Read what “I liked” !! This stay was way below average!! And overpriced.. I stay at this place a few times per year and it gets worse every time. I may have to book elsewhere next time I travel there.
