Staff and great breakfast

We enjoyed the breakfast variety and enjoyed it. We liked the room and the shower was great.

W thought the mattress was lumpy and hard so we did not have a good nights sleep. Since we are older we would have liked to have had a shower with a seat and a couple of grab bars. Also the toilet was really short so a grab bar beside it would have been nice. We did ask for a handicap room and were told they would try to get one so we understand that there probably was not one available.

The front desk lady at check in was exceptional. She even helped my 93 year old mother to the restroom and waited for her in case the door was too heavy for her to open. She continued to be very kind every time we'd go by. It was a great stay and I will stay here again since she was so helpful and friendly.

The only complaint is the pillows. I always feel I can't get the neck and head support I need at hotels (not just yours). On the other hand, I liked the box cube things at the foot of the bed and the chair lounger thing. The bathroom shelves was also a great feature for storing bathroom items during our stay.
