Interstate Motel

Smells like molt balls, and there was water bugs and crickets everywhere

Horrible. Dead crickets and roaches in all four corners of the room. Horrible smell on the front office and the room.

Not all that great a place to stay .

It was clean inside but the outside was very nasty looking! Needs some remodeling done on the outside.

Good room. It has had some nice updates. The bed was comfortable. Disappointed that there wasn't breakfast.

The AC wasn’t working in one room, and after management was unable to fix it they moved us to another room.

Very shady, mom and pop as they called it dirty rooms, roaches and reptiles living in the room… I was bitten by one of the reptiles and they did nothing to accommodate the absolute worst stay in a hotel I have ever experienced . The blame for no accommodations was bounced back-and-forth between Expedia and the hotel , nobody Wanted to take responsibility for the incident I am very disappointed and will never use Expedia again

I had a coworker join me on the trip last minute, When I got to the hotel to check in, I asked about an upgrade to a double room instead of a single. The lady behind the counter said that I would be charged full price for the additional room if I wanted to upgrade and not get anything back on the original reservation. She could have let us know instead that the single room had a pullout bed in the sofa which would have been fine. After going into the room, we asked if we could at least get an extra blanket. The lady was short with me and said that she wouldn't get another blanket for us. We made due with what we had for the night. We will not be returning to this hotel again.

I took a chance on this hotel because everything was sold out for homecoming weekend at OSU. Bad move. The hotel is literally in the parking lot of the Holiday Inn Express. The outside is run down but I thought maybe it would be ok. The room looked clean at first but the smell of whatever chemical they sprayed was awful! I didn't know if it was for bed bugs or other bugs. Then the next day we were paid up to stay another night but I decided to just forgo that and stay with my daughter. The owner came in the room while I was getting our belongings and said I didn't pay for the night before. I told her I had given her my credit card and she said no do I have a reciept. Luckily I kept it and pulled it right out. All she said was oh, there must have been a computer cliche. Stay away from this motel!

The bed sheets and bathroom facilities were clean, and the shower was good flow and plenty hot enough, but the towels were threadbare, the mattress was sunken in the middle, the carpets felt greasy on bare feet and there were mouse droppings on the bathroom floor.
