Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham South Bend/At Notre Dame Un

I have loved my stay at Microtel in South Bend . Amy, Bobbie and their staff has exceeded my expectations! The breakfast is great and I love the variety. It gets switched up on weekends and I found most enjoyable. The rooms are clean housekeeping makes sure I always have fresh linens! I highly recommend.

Worked perfectly for ZLB concert. Walk to and from ND was doable. Older hotel yet clean and cozy. Had 24 hour coffee machine. Fridge, coffee pot, and microwave in room. All staff was very friendly. We would stay here again!

The stuff is very helpful and full of energy. The place is quiet at night .fast checking in and out if you are solo and passing by the south bend this is really a great choice

I was in South Bend for work and stayed at Microtel for a few months. The staff here has been fantastic. I want to highlight and exceptional employee named Amy. She always goes over and beyond to accommodate us. The hotel is very clean, the housekeepers have been exceptional with cleaning our room. The breakfast has many options and is always for us. I highly recommend!

We had a terrible experience. Woke up to pounding on our door no explanation. 1/2 hour later pounding on our door no identification of who it was saying they needed to come in and check on something. We were not opening our door without explanation. Found out they were looking for someone. Police were there. Got no sleep or apology

Amy was amazing at the Microtel! The room was great, the hot tub was clean so we’re the beds and bath! I appreciate such an attentive management when im staying hope she’s there everytime!

I did not like their breakfast foods no variety of foods every morning, same every morning. The room telephone is not working and it was dirty , ( foods sticked on the phone) the room TV is complicated to operate, is not working since I check in finally the night before I will check out someone figure out / fix it but only a couple of hours when I turn off back to the problem . It was middle of the night.The location is good near at Notredame.

In the four days of my stay, the room was never refreshed or cleaned. I had to use the same towels for entire trip. I ran out of toilet paper and soap and was not able to get restock. I never had this kind of experience before at any of my strays. My children was very unhappy. This was just some of my problems with my stay.

Lumpy pillows, dirty bathtub, no refrigerator, a band aide stuck on my sheets, no coffee cups at breakfast—you had to bring your own from your room, and no one ever filled the vending machine so no water was available. Complete dump.

Very unpleasant stay at this hotel. Due to staffing problems our room was not available until 10:30 pm. Also no housekeeping service for the room. The breakfast was the worst I have ever encountered. Poor shower pressure and flies in our room. Very thin walls led to a lot of noise.
