Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel. Alles war sehr neu und sauber. Vor allem die Regendusche ist der Hammer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Personal war jederzeit verfügbar und ansprechbar.

Beim Frühstück war das Personal teilweise überfordert und nicht sehr motiviert aufzuräumen und nachzufüllen.

The staff were lovely and very friendly. Our room was clean and a good size. Breakfast was very good with a great choice. The location was exceptional.

It was quite expensive but i guess for the location it was expected.

Brilliant location! This hotel is just perfectly located in the small city of Inverness. A stones throw away from the bus & train station its also within a few minutes walk of central restaurants & bars. The room had everything you need for a night's stay. Only 1 pillow on the bed but just asked the lovely girls on reception for more and it was no bother at all! Breakfast was really good too! Reception staff were friendly & helpful. I''ve always stayed in the Mercure when in Inverness but the price was ridiculous this time.. it made me look elsewhere..... I wont be going back to the Mercure!!!

Having to ask for additional pilow. They should be in the room
