The Bed

The breakfast was really good and the lady who worked there was pleasant and helpful. Overall, in spite of the large crowd at the hotel, we found the room clean and comfortable with minimal hallway and highway noise. The staff was great and was willing to provide us with anything we needed. We would stay here again.

The hotel was apparently hosting several large groups when we were there. The pool looked great but was unusable due to the number of kids who were in it. Also, breakfast was very good with a large variety of choices but again, the large number of people eating there made it difficult to get a table and required standing in line. The lady overseeing the breakfast was great and tried to be as helpful as she could be in spite of the large crowd. We went downstairs to the breakfast area three times before we were able to find an empty table.

Clean

Talk to a Man Bug in the bed called twice to have them change the bed linens and the towels called had so much static finally after using my cell phone a girl attendant move me to another room. It late and I was tired. Been to the doctors. Check in l:30-2:00pm t Tiunna told me they didn't have to give room, after I paid in June very disrespectful.

Nice place off of I 85.

The hotel is conveniently located off the interstate. That's not an issue for us because it's close to one of the landmarks we plan to visit and we deep sleepers. If you want to some quiet try to request a room that not facing the interstate. The hotel itself is clean and modern. They finished renovations in 2024 and it really paid off. The staff were polite and professional.
