It was a standart hotel, yet, unfortunately, the negative things ruined the whole stay.

The stuff was horrible… In the reception there was a lady, she was polite but her attitude and facial expression very rude. We felt like we are not welcome at all. Then the spa was paid, which was understandable but the stuff there were much much much more rude! We paid, the lady doesn’t give any receipt, no explanation just nothing, only a sour face! Then I asked for towels, then for a key in the changing room - she gave them yet her face became even more sour. The private parking is paid by the way which is again understandable but should be cleared in the explanation section. The location is ok, the cleanliness is ok.
